Refinishing work was immaculate. There were some gaps around the base where the antenna meets the roof. I appreciate that they took the time to explain to me that there is a second gasket inside the antenna housing that keeps water out even if the antenna itself has some gaps around the mount where the roof was slightly dented from my wife's accident with our garage door

They are GREAT!! They kept me updated and let me know every step of the way on the progress of my car. They were great with handling the insurance, too. Very very friendly there. I hope I do not need a body shop again, but if I do, this is definitely where I will go!

The repair work looks beautiful. Customer service was excellent. Staff offered to stay late to make sure I was able to pick up the car since I wasn’t sure if I could make it by closing. Although it ultimately wasn’t needed, I very much appreciated the thoughtful and personable attention.

I thought that the whole operation was efficient and well organized. All of the employees I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. The repair work itself was skillfully done.
