Whoever took the headliner out broke it in two spots. Maybe you should talk to whoever that was and tell them not to break parts in the interior of your customers vehicles. Sometimes you have to slow down and rethink when you don't know exactly what you are doing.

I feel like that Phoenix collision was able to accurately and adequately determine when my car was gonna be ready and what it was going to take to fix it. They updated me appropriately and when I picked up my car this evening I felt very good about picking it up. I felt like it had been repaired appropriately. The ladies at the Offic area were very considerate and cordial and never made me feel like I asked too many questions. Very easy to work with.
