Piedmont did a fabulous job repair the damage after I was rear ended. Every time I called for an update which was almost daily they were kind and professional. Every time they needed to call me back with an update it was within a few minutes to maybe an and or two but it was always an update same day and I never had to call back again in the same day for an update. They were always prompt with updating the insurance company of the person at fault. My repairs was covered by insurance but if I had to spend my own money to get something done I would choose Piedmont. Thank you all

The most favorable aspect of Piedmont Collision is that every single staff member treats you as a special, valued customer. Their premier service and workmanship is beyond reproach! My car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. If I could rate them above a 10, I would!
