We've had our car back for about a week, and everything seems in order: replacement parts look great, it drives normally. Overall custumer service was super friendly, although they weren't the most prompt at giving us updates and I often had to call them to track down the repair status. They also did not vacuum the interior of the car, which would have been nice.

The shop was friendly and did the work as promised. It is convenient to public transportation and close to my home. But my expectations about communication and cleanliness of the car were not met.

The repairs themselves were fine. The cleanliness of the area repaired and the interior of the car after the repairs) was below my expectations. There were smudges on the door panel that got replaced and the interior rearview mirror had significant debris on it.
