My prior experience with this company for a minor repair had been so positive that I selected them for this one. Clearly, their own work, and or the work of their subcontractors was below standard. Their failure to recognize some of the obvious problems with the repairs… particularly with the paint before releasing the car to me, indicate a lack of professionalism and pride in their work

Had to go back after finding replacement part was not installed, and for shoddy, low quality painting. Also found that when the part which had not been installed, was finally installed, it was done in an amateurish and non-professional manner.
