The communication was awesome! I appreciate the text updates and calls every couple of days. These people know their business, they were very efficient from the initial estimate through completion. My repair was more complicated than initially estimated, they communicated the complexity and possible delays at the time of estimate, so no surprised when the possible delay became the actual delay. Over all, a very good experience...Thanks!

Evelyn was great, but we had conflicting messages from our insurer about the deductible. Our insurer told us the $500 would be waived, but it wasn't. I wish that had been caught by someone before the work was done.
