Owner was fantastic. Covid caused delays to delivery of parts to complete repairs for which he was in no way responsible. Only issue was there was an opportunity to communicate delays which did not occur in a timely manner. However, the owner worked to ensure that I was fully satisfied at the completion of the job and I really appreciated that personal touch.
