I am totally satisfied with the people I came in contact with (primarily Travis) as well as the repair/replacement they did on my vehicle. I was surprised to see that the vehicle appeared to be detailed before returning it to me. I hope I will never need this service again, but if I do I will definitely use Pioneer.

Pioneer Auto gives excellent customer service. They kept me apprised as to how the work was progressing. They finished it in the timeframe that they initially said they let me know when I could come and pick it up. I have nothing but praise for this particular repair shop obviously nobody wants to have to go have their car repaired but if I ever had any problem with my car in the future I would go there. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work That was done on my car I would not have known the damage that there was previously when I looked at the finished product thank you. I’ll say again thank you for sending me to pioneer to fix my car. Have a nice day

I would absolutely recommend Pioneer auto to friends. I bought my car to them very upset about the damage and when I got it back I couldn’t believe the job they had done you would never believe anything had happened to my car. I was so impressed with their work .

I was sent text every step of the way as to what was happening with my car that made me feel very good. also it was completed at the same time that it was told it would to be done. Also my 2010 car looked brand new I couldn’t believe how it looked. They perform miracles at Pioneer Auto. I’m so happy now to be driving my car because it looks fantastic..

My insurance company directed me to use Pioneer after someone hit me. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company and rental car company. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were flexible with me on drop off and pick up times for my vehicle. And most importantly the work looks perfect. I’m very happy with my experience and would highly recommend them!
