I would say “yes”, but the repairs are not completed. I’m still waiting for a callback for completion and an additional estimate on a secondary repair.

My repair was taken care of in a timely manner. All my questions were answered promptly. My car looked brand new. And even as I picked it up, the people at the shop made sure I was satisfied and that it met my standards. Very thankful!

Turn signal bulbs were not installed back into the back of the lights. They were hanging by the wiring when I got home so I had no turn signals all the way home. I put them back in. Push pins on driver rear fender flare came loose. I also fixed this. Front bumper cap was not painted on the ends closest to the front tires. Did not get the front driver fender fixed like I asked. I didn't care about a few more hundred dollars I just expected that the truck would be like I asked when I got it back. Inside portion of bed rail going into the bed was not repainted like I asked. I also wanted the inside portion of the bed sides where tailgate hinges and latches are to be painted but didn't get that either. I informed the people at the body shop that I would be getting the spray in bed liner done myself since they could not do it at there location. Never had a body shop refuse to fix dents. I thought that was the purpose of a body shop. I have tried to make Pitts sound good and that ya'll do good work. But a coworker noticed the bumper top cap not painted on the ends. My Boss lady even had smart remarks. It made me made but what can I do. There wasn't much I could say to that. Not sure if my bed was twisted or damaged from the run in with a small pine tree but the new tailgate isn't just right when it closes. Pine tree was small about the size of my leg. Not a full size tree so it absorbed alot of the bump. Small pines are not solid like an oak tree they give a good bit. My passenger door got hit when it was at your location. Not dented but the paint is knocked off. I am very tickey when it comes to my vehicles. I inspect them pretty well. This was my Dad's truck and he passed away in 2015 due to cancer. The sad part is that I took the truck to a local shop and got shotty work done there. I got a used tailgate there and got my bed dented at the fender wells where they pried on the bed. The owner got mad and claimed he had cameras and nobody pried on my bed. I'm not stupid they didn't just appear by themselves. The under coat would not have been rubbed off if there was nothing prying on the bottom of the bed. The tailgates were on backorder from Toyota at this time. So I waited until finally I had information that they were coming back instock. I also bought a CAPA certified aftermarket tailgate which I still have. So I bought an OEM one it came from California in double boxes nicely done. I also bought new hardware for the tailgate to make sure everything was right like it should be. So I trusted you guys to get me fixed up right since it has been nearly a year with no tailgate. Everyone makes mistakes but it seemed like my truck was done in a hurry and it could have been better. I like Pitts Toyota. I have been here more than any other dealership. There's always room for improvement. The paint on my OEM tailgate look good and the bed sides.
