The moment I walk in I was warmly welcomed by Fausto and explained the process. Status update was communicated daily and repair was done perfectly. Only thing notable is the car is a quite dusty inside even after a wash, yet overall very well done and would recommend to anyone

All the staff were so friendly and professional. Mark walked me through all the work he would do and I left feeling confident with my car in his hands. He finished earlier than estimate and car looks brand new. Throughout the process I was given updates and felt everything was being taken care of/ I did not need to worry.

From the initial phone call to set up appointment to picking up our beautifully fixed car I had excellent customer service and excellent work.Mark walked us through the whole process, got back to us quickly with the estimate and got us our car back sooner then originally said. This is a well run organization and the best auto body company I have ever seen.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. dropped off car wednesday morning, picked back up friday 5pm. Fausto was personable and easy to work with. pick up and drop off from the shop to car rental center was integrated w the service through insurance. 11/10 would do again. just wish the shop was closer to morristown

Car looks great, it just took a long long time to repair which wasn't an inconvenience because I had the rental car, but the insurance company had to pay out longer meaning that actuarily, my risk premium goes up, so I know I will be paying higher rates for it eventually
