From the very moment I walked through the door until the minute I received my car back, every employee at the body shop was warm, welcoming and provided the best customer support. I had an incredible experience with Planet Auto Body Shop. They did an amazing job repairing my vehicle and completed the work within a very reasonable timeframe. Great service car looks good. Did find a bolt in cupholder (hoping it’s not needed on the car) Also my window deflector was not installed correctly with the bottom adhesive slightly coming off. Slight whistle when I drive that was not there before. Assuming from window deflectors not being properly reinstalled.

The moment I walk in I was warmly welcomed by Fausto and explained the process. Status update was communicated daily and repair was done perfectly. Only thing notable is the car is a quite dusty inside even after a wash, yet overall very well done and would recommend to anyone

All the staff were so friendly and professional. Mark walked me through all the work he would do and I left feeling confident with my car in his hands. He finished earlier than estimate and car looks brand new. Throughout the process I was given updates and felt everything was being taken care of/ I did not need to worry.
