Left side of hood higher than right side. (Damage was on the left side). Sensors were fine before but now having issues.

I had to go back twice for them to fix it again. First, the sensors were off. Second, the hood was not level. There is still a gap along the left side of the hood. So it’s not perfectly aligned.

Repair was completed. The was picked up with muddy boot prints and dust inside. Bird droppings on the windshield and car. This is not how I dropped the car off. I have photos. I understand this is not a BMW or Mercedes, but a clean car or at least in the same condition it arrived would have been nice.

Mark has been a great help on getting my truck back on the road. He went above and beyond to help me out. He had contacted me multiple times to update me on what was going on, i.e. parts being on backorder. This has been the 2nd time going to planet body shop and I'll continue to go to them in the future.
