My experience with Planet Auto Body was excellent. They were very professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process of repairing my vehicle after my accident. They did good work. However, when I picked up the car I noticed the molding was missing from the rear window. Please expect the vehicle before driving it out stating it is complete. They corrected the issue.

I would of given a 10 on this one except they forgot to put the molding on right rear window. I pointed this out and it was corrected. Always have to inspect the car before giving it back to the customer.
