Unfortunately the detailing work from the spilled coffee was never done. That being said there’s a chance it’s because the work on the entertainment system was never finished. The parts that came in were incorrect, that being said I still had to point this out prior to my vehicle leaving the first time. I don’t think this has anything that Michael overlooked, this looks more like the people who “wiped the doors and Windows down”, don’t pay attention to detail. It’s sad, because with the amount my insurance was charged, I had an offer to professionally detail my entire truck. I’m hoping you take note of this, or I will be more than happy to mention it to Allstate…. oh I almost forgot, the extra screws I found in the drivers side passenger door. I made sure to show those to the gentleman who checked me out. He joked, there’s the screws they couldn’t find. Should I provide more, or can we handle this appropriately. I’m happy to have the detail company bill you for their time, since you already cashed the checks from Allstate.

I was given the wrong total and when I stated that it was incorrect they argued with me about it and I had to get upset for them to be willing to even check and see that my insurance gave them enough. I was then told my ac doesn't work and the car was making a rattling sound. I had to get upset again and explain that 1. my ac worked when I dropped it off and 2. I filed the claim because of the rattling. He got the car looked at again and the qc was just fine and they literally had to tighten a heat shield that was loose. Why could they not have done this before stressing me out over it?

It took 2 months to get a tailgate and they did not hook the back up sensor into the tailgate and said we had to do another insurance claim

The repair work and paint job was done well. The car looks nice. When I picked I picked up the car, there were black smudges and grease which detracted from the appearance of the car. Fortunately Tommy, my representative removed the worst of them.
