Scott was very helpful. At first, it was uncertain that Plano was preapproved by the insurance company, but he quickly did the necessary work to arrange it and got back to me. Plano was willing to do the repairs while I was away. All I had to do was to drop the car off and pick it up. Paperwork was minimal.
