Had a repair done through an insurance claim and they definitely made it easy. I dropped my vehicle off and was picked up by enterprise car rentals and was shuttled down to the office to pick up my loaner. Once the repair was done, I was able to drive the loaner to platinum collision and leave it there. The receptionist took my keys and checked the vehicle in for return. I drove off with my repaired vehicle and they had even washed and vacuumed it. Awesome customer service! I will be taking my other vehicle there for repair in a few weeks. Kris Kieffer and his team there at Willow Park are awesome!

Other than the lack of communication and issue with the headlights, I was pleased with the rest of the work.

Headlights were not adjusted properly. I out drove the headlights at 25 mph. Had to adjust them myself even though I was charged for the adjustment. Everything else was good.

After the initial assessment after the damaged area had been taken apart, I did not hear from Platinum until the day after is was supposed to be finished. The roads were closed that week due to ice, but I reached out several times to confirm when the car would be ready and never heard back.
