Very friendly staff, but... Shop staff seemed to think that having my car over 2 weeks past the estimated 2-week completion date could be justified by personnel schedules and workload.

Great service from the start to the end. They call me every step of the way to let me know what was going on with my car. When they said I might get my car back 2 Days Early!, I was a little worried that the job might have been rushed but my car was immaculate. Best paint job I've ever seen, and I'm very very particular about my car. P&N did not disappoint they even was my car. I would recommend P&N for auto body repairs again and again and again.
