I was totally satisfied how Amado informed me from the beginning of the process to every step of the way to the completion of the repair. As someone who hadn't been a vehicular collision in over thirty years, so I was in the dark as to what to expect. Amado exceeded my ambivalent feelings with a calm assurance, especially at a time when we are dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. I also had some bias choosing from the list- P&N Auto Works was located in my hometown, East Orange, N. J.

Picked up my vehicle today and Amado and his crew have been professional and customer savvy since the day I called during this Corona epidemic to see if they were open. My vehicle came out better than expected and I received daily updates of the status of my vehicle from drop off until pick up. I would highly recommend them for all your auto body needs.
