P&N Auto Works communicated with me very frequently to keep me informed for the status and progress during the repairing period. They spent time on explaining every question and every concern I had. They are very friendly on the phone and in person. When I arrived to pickup my BMW X1, they spent time explaining the details fixes they put in my vehicle, which made me feel very comfortable about the repaired vehicle that I will be driving everyday. They did excellent job. They are very professional.
