Interior of the vehicle required hours to wipe and clean what appeared to be either overspray or dust from the shop. Car was delivered without front seat or floor mat coverings. Vehicle also has spots that I cannot clean/wipe off, appears to be from paint.

Final receipt/description of work not provided at time of pickup. Although I may share blame as I was reminded by owner that credit card is not accepted, he came to my home to pick up the 500.00 deductible, as I had forgotten

If this system allowed me to I would have Given Pocono Motion, Rich and his Guys a score of 100...... because that's what the deserve, I need to say that I Love Rich, He is Honest, Respectful and doesn't pull any punches. Rich tells it like it actually is and you will always know where you stand with him and also where your Vehicle is in the process of the repair. Honestly I have been using Pocono Motion, Rich and His Guys going on Ten years now and I can actually say the First time I used Rich it was like he was God sent and Thank God he was because we really needed them then and always......
