They were responsive to inquiries, answering my questions kindly, promptly. There were a point or two along the way when it would have been nice to be updated, like that the insurance company ok'd the work and they were getting started. Near the end I was told on the phone all that was left was detailing and I could expect to pick it up the next day, but actually still needed to go to the alignment shop.
