Port City Body Shop Inc. is family owned and has been serving the Muskogee community since 1976. Our goal is to provide the highest quality repair possible in a timely manner. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We work with all insurance companies, or if you are paying out of pocket we work hard to try to get you the best repair at the most affordable price. We have been providing service to Muskogee and it's surrounding areas for 40+ years, we also have another location in Eufaula Ok, and have recently added a new store under the name of TAHLEQUAH COLLISION INC. in Tahlequah Ok. Removed stuff that didnt need to be removed. Quoted for parts that didnt need to be replaced. Lied about calling me when they never tried. horrible customer service. Wouldn't look at certain things that I requested for them to look at.
