While I was very satisfied with most of this experience, I did not appreciate that PCC wanted me to sign an authorization that PCC could collect (AND ENDORSE MY NAME) payment on repair work PRIOR to even beginning to work on the vehicle. I didn't sign the authorization for PCC to collect payment, but insurance company provided payment directly to PCC without my approval or authorization. PCC didn't press me to sign the paper, but when I went to pick up the vehicle they would not release it until I signed the form. Signing the form after I saw the work was not a problem, however, the employee at the desk was a bit snippy about me wanting to look at the vehicle repairs prior to signing this form.
