Efficient cheerful service from across threshold of doorway to delivery. Give her a raise and time off, if business relations with customers would not fall apart in her absence! Observed high level of professionalism on phone conversations with others as well. Very cool headed and acting which was reassuring to us who were tired/weary/stumped/needy/puzzled.
