We appreciated the efficient and professional manner in which our vehicle was was repaired. The staff we came in contact with were helpful and courteous and kept us informed of their progress. We can certainly see why USAA has recommended them as the repair facility of choice in our area. Many kudos too all!

We didn't care for the inane run around we got when we asked about the status of our car. All they had to say is it would be ready Tues. I communicated with them Fri, when they said the car would be ready, & after multiple phone calls, to check on the status, I'm told the car was just painted. So why not just say that the first time. Scenario was repeated on Mon. The glass for the tailgate hadn't been delivered yet but they kept saying I could pick it up. Tues. we get a test message that the car is ready, so we went in & were told they didn't send the text but we did get our car back then. I have been in customer service forever on a middle manager lever, have trained people in customer service, & I feel like I had a very annoying experience. Fri & Mon I re arranged my schedule to be on standby to pick the car. And what is up with those texts?

Very helpful people Ryan was a big help and a great customer service and repair were on time when they said it will be done. Also Maxx is a great guy and is always helpful and understanding when I come there overall great experience and Great job
