My first time at Prailey’s auto body; I’ve been to other auto body shops; Prailey’s is 5 star; quality work beyond compare/ my vehicle looked like brand new as if I just bought a new car; plus the interior was cleaned which I never had that from previous auto body shop. Customer service superior: friendly/ knowledgeable/ informative (Mitch explains the whole process of what is going to be done plus informs you that there may be other work depending on what is found during the process) . Does not nickle or dime you. Recommend highly/will use this shop in the future if needed.
