The window install done well, no complaints. However the door frame that was pried out when the subject broke the window was not repaired. I did point this out when I dropped my truck off but it wasn’t repaired. I was able to improve the frame myself and get a better fit with the rubber weather seal. This afternoon 10/13/22 I hand washed my truck and on the hood, windshield, and roof appeared to me to be some type of overspray. I tried to get it off by using spray detailer but no success. Unsatisfied with the experience.

First their hours are not customer friendly. They open at 8 after most people are at work and close at 4 before most people get off work. They took months before they even started working in my Ford Flex even though they had the part. And I say part because they didn’t replace all the broken pieces, even though they probably got paid for them. Precision did crappy work. They tried GLUEING parts together and I had to get on my hands and knees to try and fix it before my wife drove to work. Total rip off.
