Awesome job! Y’all have fixed our cars several times. My Explorer looks good, everything was done timely (considering it’s hard to get parts or anything else you need right now). We will definitely use y’all again. Hopefully not to soon!!!! Lol

The inside of vehicle had dirty hand prints on dash and doors. Was not informed in advance that only cash or check was accepted.

I wish they would have buffed the whole car. It looks funny with the front half of the car is all nice and new and the back half has scratches on it.

I would tell them the repair was fine but the customer service experience I had was the worst.

When I called for an appointment I was told that I was put down for April 24th. I call them and was told they stayed behind and call back in ten days. When I call them I was told they were even more behind and call back in a couple weeks. When I called the and asked WHEN I could get my care repaired I was told August 8th was the earliest they could do it. When my insurance agent made a call to them to see what was going on I was given an appointment for May 31st. There were no problems with the customer service or repair after that point.
