I was introduced to Precision Autocraft through my late husband, John. He passed in 1987. He owned a Corvette, which had been in a flood. P.A. beautifully restored it He and I have had other experiences with P.A., always satisfied. After John died, I purchased a vehicle at Pete's Motors, supposedly new. It was vandalized while I was at work at B.M.C. I drove to P.A. in Monterey. Jim informed me that the vehicle had been previously painted. It was not new. If it were not for his knowledge and integrity, I would not have known. He did not want me to be taken advantage of. I will always be grateful to him. I have had other satisfied encounters with .P.A. Needless to say, when this last incident happened, there was nowhere else that I wanted to go with my 2014 Audi, in spite of the insurance hassles. As I expected, you did a superb job repairing it. Max and his office staff are professional, friendly and a delight to deal with. Thank you all! Betty

I am so grateful to this team. From my first call a lot of my stress left. From them telling me that I didn’t have to worry about covering the back window if I was bringing it in to that day to them finishing it understanding how this was effecting my family.
