This is a hard one, because I was bummed having to pay out of pocket because of the rate difference between what the insurance company reimburses and what Precision charges (which I was informed of to begin with) but I still wanted to support a local business. Then I had also asked for touchup paint to be ordered and the chips on the hood and inside the driver's door to be fixed while the tailgate was being fixed but that was not done at all.

From the outside it looks new, but it sounds to me when the tailgate is opened that the latch is scraping. And the same for the reverse when it closes.
