Incredibly happy with this organization. Ran into a snafu with the car not being fixed up on the first return. Sarah quickly gotten involved and led the process. Not easy and Audi made it more complicated than it needed to be but I appreciate her diligence and management of their oversight. So happy we decided to go with precision.

Overall, the experience was extremely positive. The staff was jovial and helpful. They create a very comfortable environment! The back door of my Rivian was scratched and damaged from my garage door. They did a flawless job repairing the damages and paint matching without needing to replace any parts, leading to a relatively low cost for me. I couldn't be happier with the results!
