I’m going to give them one more shot because they do very good repair work and I’m hopeful the owner will look into the situation and fix the problem I had.

Their car repair work is great, but they turned in my beautiful new light beige car seats with at least a dozen black smudge marks. They completely disregarded the inside of the car while they fixed the outside. I found that very disappointing.

When I first got my truck back it was missing parts which I’m assuming they thought I wouldn’t miss but this is a new truck I expect everything to look the same when I brought it. Then left the lot my truck ran hot because they forgot to let all the air out the engine then had to come back because they forgot to tighten the battery causing me and my to breakdown in the middle of the street on the way to school. Everything seems to work now but after going through a traumatic experience and back n forth with this auto shop I feel overwhelmed

I assumed after describing to Barbie about my situation the deductible was going to be written off as prev auto shops did to help me out but no. Then paying the deductible and going through these back n forth problems I would assume some funds if not all would be returned .

I am having to bring the car back in because several issues in the rear either we’re not taken care of or not done and quality i.e. driver side rear tail light has condensation inside. I guess that means it wasn’t properly sealed?
