Precision Toyota of Tucson Collision Center is the only Toyota Certified Collision Center in Southern Arizona. We have a clean state of the art facility with 32 working stalls. We are a four time recipient of the "Toyota Collision Center of the Year award" a national honor given to the best shop based on training, quality and customer satisfaction. We are very proud of this accomplishment. Our crew is very tenured, one technician has been here for 34 years, most of us have worked together for over 10 years. We always look for ways to go above and beyond for our customers. We work on all makes and models and have a process oriented shop to minimize down time for our insured and our customers. They kept contradicting themselves when they called, said they had parts then couldn’t get them, then could get them under my warranty. I spoke to them about what I thought was fisheyes and they said they were stone chips that couldn’t be fixed unless the fender was replaced. They said in the future they should ask the customer which I agree!

I am not an auto body guy, but this seemed to take a lot longer than I expected for a door ding. This must have been a much more complicated fix than I expected

Zach was highly efficient and communicated timely. I was impressed w/his skills! We should have more workers like him out in the workforce! The warranty and workmanship were superb.
