Repairs took three weeks which inconvenienced me. There was not very good communication to update me on the status of the repair. I also had to take the vehicle back to get the wheel alignment sorted in the right front headlight was totally out of focus. That was another inconvenience to me.

Getting the parts to fix my car were a huge problem and it took months. This is obviously not the dealerships fault. I was always kept up to date and everyone there was very professional and friendly!

100% they did an amazing job. They were very polite and very nice and even delivered the car to my house and took the other one away to bring it back to Enterprise. They also paid two of my days because they went over two extra days I can't say enough about this place absolutely 100% wonderful. They couldn't have been nicer. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and borderline disrespectful!! I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Before heading down I called to get the exact amount of my deductible. The person that answered the phone rudely said my vehicle was not ready, and no one called and that she knew that because she was the only one there! At this point my vehicle was already 2 weeks past the promised delivery date. It was another 6 days after this conversation before my vehicle was ready. Which I believe was intentional out of spite! I’ve done a lot of business with this body shop and had no issues prior to this. However, the way I was handled during this repair is unacceptable and bad enough for me not to return!!!!

The staff went above and beyond to help me with getting a rental vehicle. I have a converted vehicle for my daughter's wheelchair and my insurance doesn't cover enough to pay for it and the staff went above and beyond and offered to pay for the extra costs to rent a vehicle that was converted for a wheelchair. That was something they certainly did not have to do but the fact that they noticed the need and offered to help was amazing.

I really like the door trim protector, my vehicle didn’t have that on it, and I was very surprised to see it on all 4 doors. Thanks for cleaning the interior, looks awesome. From what I can see, it all looks absolutely beautiful. The repairs didn’t take that long to complete, very satisfying. I would definitely bring it back if I had too, let’s hope not lol Thanks again, eric 😁
