I picked my car up and got home noticed that they didnt paint the mirror. I called and they had me bring the car back and said that they forgot to do the mirror. So now i have to drop my car off again to have the mirror painted when ir should've gotten done the first time. How inconvenient!

Shotty repair work. The car was flawless prior to the claim, and repairs are not up to par. I can't believe the errors were not noticed upon completion. Inspection was not done prior to releasing the car?
