Car work was good. But when I opened up the back the black that held the emergency equipment was empty. The kit had never been opened before. You have a thief on your hands. I would like to have contents back but when I called nobody seem to care.

The service was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Mr. Brice provided me with the BEST customer service ever. Always with a smile and heartfelt assistance whenever I called him. Upon picking my vehicle up. The young man in office with Mr. Brice went above and beyond assisting me with completing my payment. He shared with me on how to get my payment to go through from my banking account. Those guys were extremely generous, patient, and very supportive. They represent Toyota Collision Center in a superior way!! My car is back in its original condition. The body and collision centers could not have done a better job!! They did an OUTSTANDING REPAIR JOB replacing all the damaged parts!!! I recommend TOYOTA COLLISION AND BODY CENTER all day everyday to get your Toyota vehicle 🚗 needs guaranteed to be accurately 100% fixed!! Employee Raymond, Bryce and Sanlya were very professional. There was some additional damage observed during repair but the time it took to get the correct part was a little long. Repair time and mechanic’s observation could stand some improvement. Premiere was close to home and easy to get too. Overall pretty good Center.

1st off they mis quoted on the time frame on the time frame of the repair. Told me 2 weeks and when it actually took 3 weeks. For a period of 3 days when I called for a update on my car. They would tell me one day when I would call that day about my car they would push it back to the next day and that would have for 3 days straight. Make me had pair more for my car rental cause of the extra frame from.the mis quote. Last when I dropped my car off I didn't have battery issues no check engine light. Check engine light came on when I was getting ready to leave the property they cleared aome.of the codes from the pair but not the battery and they didn't say they would replace my battery or fix the issue with my battery since when I drop my car with no issue with the battery now I have a issue with it and possible need a replacement

This really means a lot to me that you guys were able to restore my car from the front bumper to the whole driver’s side of my BMW.
