Employee Raymond, Bryce and Sanlya were very professional. There was some additional damage observed during repair but the time it took to get the correct part was a little long. Repair time and mechanic’s observation could stand some improvement. Premiere was close to home and easy to get too. Overall pretty good Center.

Basically told me I had to come out pocket for my battery

1st off they mis quoted on the time frame on the time frame of the repair. Told me 2 weeks and when it actually took 3 weeks. For a period of 3 days when I called for a update on my car. They would tell me one day when I would call that day about my car they would push it back to the next day and that would have for 3 days straight. Make me had pair more for my car rental cause of the extra frame from.the mis quote. Last when I dropped my car off I didn't have battery issues no check engine light. Check engine light came on when I was getting ready to leave the property they cleared aome.of the codes from the pair but not the battery and they didn't say they would replace my battery or fix the issue with my battery since when I drop my car with no issue with the battery now I have a issue with it and possible need a replacement

Great body work. Horrible communication skills. Didn’t let me know anything regarding vehicle had to keep calling to get answers and notified of delays. Held me car multiple days and multiple times without reaching out to let me know they ran into a problem until I called.

This really means a lot to me that you guys were able to restore my car from the front bumper to the whole driver’s side of my BMW.
