Ray Ducote and his team at Premier Collision did a splendid repair job on my 2010 silver Highlander….the body work is flawless in both contour and color. The gas fill door, previously knock askew, also fits flush with the curvature of the left rear panel like it did when new. Though the work took longer than we had anticipated, it was worth the wait. Ray closely coordinated the entire repair process with: the rental car department (Allyson); the insurance company (USAA); the body repair crew; and me with regard to repair status updates, original cost estimate and scope of work, through the additional required work (hidden undercarriage damage) and processing of the necessary supplemental insurance payments. Ray was patient in thoroughly explaining the repair process and techniques currently used (in contrast to my old-fashion notions of “Bondo”). And he made solid cost-saving recommendations to replaced my headlights and luggage carrier contour caps that were worn beyond useful life. My wife and I are delighted and totally satisfied with the repair team leadership, the quality of work, and the close coordination by Premier Collision that turned this untimely and unfortunate hit and run accident saga into a successful outcome.
