I was informed my parts were at Premier prior bringing my car to being repaired by Mr. Emile then I didn't hear anything on the status of my car until I had to keep calling only to be told Mr. Emile was no longer working there and someone else would be in contact with me which didn't happen until days later only for me to be told that another part they didn't realize was needed had to be ordered which delayed my vehicle again and resulted in additional out of pocket cost for me with extending a rental car which I should have only needed for a few days and when I finally got my car back, it was making a loud noise similar to a siren, this was just overall not a good experience
