Well first of all it felt good to be greeted with a smile. I dropped my car off at the collision center. I was able to get my rental car at the collision center which made it very convenient with getting back on the road. The repair was awsome. I'm very pleased to have my car back in good condition. The service provider was very informative and left me with good contact information.

I had body work done and had my windshield replaced. My advisor was Bill Cardon. Bill was great, the body work was excellent. But I am really unhappy that they lost my New Orleans parking permit when they replaced my windshield. If not, this rating would have been a 10.

Because of the fast results. Also Christian went beyond his obligation. He could have sent us to the device Dept. Being that it wasn’t an issue to the current problem. Once again thanks Chris your parents did a good job .

the service was great, they had my car picked up from my house, started the whole process for me, all i had to provide was my signature for authroziation of repair, and off they went, they took over, kept me informed of the work, progress and completion. i would highly recommend them, and use the facility again if i have to but hopefully not. my car looks great and drives as if nothing has ever happened.
