They didn’t completely repair my car. Even when I picked it up and questioned why the hood didn’t line up correctly and why there were gaps around it, Scott “reassured” me it was suppose to look like that. I took it to a garage and asked them. They were shocked. I took it back in and Scott wasn’t in. He called me a few days later telling me they ordered a new hood. They knew the whole time it wasn’t right!! He didn’t even ask me anything-just ordered a new hood. Now I have to take off work so they can fix it properly. Honestly, I’m nervous for them to even do that!!
