The repair was completed with no issues, however the repainting that was supposed to be done on rust spots on the car were instead done as a free touch up, where cheap paint was slathered on instead of the professional repainting suggested. It was done as a free service so I can't really be mad at that, but since I couldn't extend the rental, and don't have another car available,y car must continue to rust.

The front desk lady was short with me. I think she decided she knew exactly what was going on, which was why my repainting was instead just a touch up, which wasn't what was requested.

Premier select collision did an excellent job with my vehicle. They communicated very well to let me know when the car would be ready, everything was quick and seamless. My car looks brand new! Like nothing ever happened. We had our barn doors fly off and hit our vehicles during severe storms in July. They even took the time to clean and buff both of my headlights when they only needed to do one side. I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with the work they did. We have previous bad experiences with Caliber Collision for another vehicle for a tailgate replacement which took over 2 months to fix. I would recommend Premier Select collision to anyone!
