This rating is due to a need for improved communication. The repairs were completed perfectly.

It all worked out fine, but communication was poor amongst the workers and supervisors. Our main concern, the loud muffler and exhaust was not attended to initially until we insisted that the car be taken for a ride to hear the noise. There would have been a hire rating if we had not experienced aggravation.

As previously mentioned, the communication was poor amongst the mechanics and supervisor. Apparently, the person that we spoke with initially went on vacation the next day and did not share all of the information that we discussed. This was very frustrating because the mechanics insisted the car was ready without even taking it for a ride to hear the loud exhaust and muffler problem.
