Would have been nice to actually speak to someone about the repair opposed to receiving text messages. We had to reach out a couple times since no reached out to let us know about the repairs needed or about when things would get started.

We do have to bring the car back to Prestige but that was because one of the trim pieces was back ordered. But prestige put the original piece on it so we could use it till it arrived
