Chad and other guy was nice. But the knowledge and skills of the guy who does the acutal body work, well he needs more training and needs to learn how to pay better attention to detail.

My car was returned looking totally brand new! I appreciate Nationwide's recommendation to use Prestige. I was also surprised they were able to schedule my repair right away. It was like 8 days from the debacle event and my car was repaired.
