No communication,was told it would take 10 days and it took 26,kept jerking me around about details and approval from insurance company,messed up battery and lied about it,contradicted my insurance company,was lied to over and over

I don't see anything that points to a repair. No over spray in the jams and the paint matches the factory paint nicely. Everything is as clean or cleaner than when I dropped it off.

The people I talked to were very very nice and there were no problems with my interactions with your staff. The only reason I put an 8 is...I would've liked to have been updated weekly. The only time that I was updated is when I called you. Otherwise greatly satisfied!
