Overall the service was great, the only thing I would say is to not provide a date the car would be done and set the expectation. Expectation. I was given a date and got it 4 days after that and my rental had to go back before I got my vehicle back. I'm sure I could have called State farm, but the thought of calling them to deal with that, I'd rather have no car for a day or two.
