Excellent work. I’m very satisfied. Only wrinkle was the loss of the connection to the rear liftgate, necessitating extra work at the mechanic’s to fix.

i have used Prestige before for car repairs and have never had any issues. but i used the original sight for the repairs on West 7th street. Mr. Mitchell was always very up front regarding the costs and the timing for repairs to be done. Never had any issues with anything not working after the repair was completed. i am not sure what the issue with the shop on Prestige Ave is-to much business or just not as organized as the original shop is.

They were fast and accurate with their quote and took care of all of the discussions with the insurance agencies. All we had to do is drop it off, pick it up and pay our deductible. On top of all of that, my truck looks amazing and cant tell there was any damage. They were accurate with their time lines for the repair and answered any questions I had and treated me like a person and not just a claim number.
