The staff was easy to work with and the car looks great (nice and clean too)...only reason they didn't get a 10 was because I had to fill the new washer fluid tank

The repair was fine after the month it took them to do it, it was everything else that is a giant problem. Initially it was 2500 dollars for the repair and it would be done in 2 weeks at the LATEST, and they would contact me every 2 days to keep me informed. Once insurance got involved the price magically doubled on what it was going to cost.($5,100) Nobody EVER contacted me about the car at all. It took over 3 weeks to get the car done which I paid to rent a car so got to add that on too. Can’t trust anyone to do the right job the way they said they would.
