I would tell them if preston is there only option then they are better off just taking the car to the scrap yard and starting over

Estimate said 10 days. It took 46. Everything i called i either got hung up on or told they dont know anything about my car. Then for 3 weeks I kept getting told it would be done tomorrow and it never was. Honestly if this is how your business is conducted in surprised you haven't run yourself into the ground. I will no longer be taking my cars to any prestons locations. Not just the body shop. They trash customer service put such a bad taste in my mouth for any preston brand.

Overall a fantastic job by Preston. The only reason the car was late getting back to me was they found a few broke steering pieces when re assembling.

The repair was fixed great however my headlight and turn signal didn't work on the way home. I called your business but they didn't know if they did anything for it not to work. They said to bring it back the next day. I took it to my guy who fixes my car and you forgot to plug the light back in after the car was fixed
