This was the second time in 6 months we used the shop. In general, there has been a lack of attention to detail both visits. In addition to the above comments, the Rep had to clean the excess clear coat finish from the vehicle after my wife asked about it when we arrived to pickup the vehicle. It was easily noticeable on all of the repaired/replaced parts.

When we picked up the vehicle, the check engine light was active. So Inwaited an extra 30 minutes while the representative connected the vehicle to the computer to confirm there were no issues and to clear the alerts. This could’ve/should’ve been done prior to my receipt of the vehicle, IMO.
