Since picking up my car, I now hate my Rogue. The back window leaks, I can hear glass particles when I open and close my trunk compartment and something vibrates terribly back there when driving . Also the bumpers aren’t flush with the upper part of the car. I had NONE of these problems before . I will be bringing my car back for a complete fix. I am not satisfied at all! This is my first time using Prince body shop and I am not impressed at all !

While I am happy about the quality of work, we are having an issue about 2 of the new rims not matching. They have been wonderful about trying to find a solution but we haven't found one yet.

I had to return the vehicle to Prince after they had my car 2.5 months to work on it. It had a few defects and the emblem for Toyota was placed upside down Bc they were rushing. They repaired every thing I mention the following week and all was good but I will never use them again.
